Dear Rabbi Cohen, It is with great sadness that I received this news about Joanna. Just last week we were going back on forth by phone and email, arranging a nice farewell for our dear comrade, Claudette. Who would have thought that instead we would be saying goodbye to Joanna. She was a lovely person, professional, thoughtful and fun - I am sure she will be sorely missed as your right hand, and to all who interacted with her at the shul.
